Common Questions About Your Privacy at 6h7

These questions cover the data rights that matter most to our account holders in India — from what we collect to how quickly we act on deletion requests. If your question is not listed here, reach out to our privacy team directly.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and, when you make a payment, your UPI handle or Paytm or PhonePe identifier. We also log your device type, IP address and session timestamps to protect your account from unauthorised access.

We share data only with the payment processors needed to complete your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with identity verification services where required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstance.

Go to Account Settings, select 'My Data' and click 'Request Data Export'. We will prepare a downloadable file within seven working days. Alternatively, email our privacy team with 'Data Access Request' in the subject line and your registered mobile number.

Most personal fields are anonymised within 30 days of account closure. Transaction records linked to your payments via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are retained for the period mandated by Indian financial regulation, after which they are securely deleted from our systems.

Yes. Email our data team with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' from your registered email address. We will process your request within 14 working days. Note that records we are legally required to retain cannot be deleted until the statutory retention period expires.

Minor corrections — such as a name spelling or email address — can be made in Account Settings. For changes to identity-verified fields, contact our support team via live chat or email and we will guide you through the re-verification steps required.

We use essential cookies to keep your session active and optional analytics cookies to improve page performance. A cookie preference panel appears on your first visit; you can also revisit it anytime in Account Settings under 'Privacy Preferences' to update what you allow.
